Application deadline for “BridgeUSA: Ukraine Program for Resilience and Reconstruction (BridgeUSA UPRR)” is extended till January 16, 2026!

The Program promotes long-term cooperation between Ukrainian and U.S. higher education institutions, providing Ukrainian scholars with a unique opportunity – one-month fellowship at a U.S. university.

Scholars specializing in the following academic fields may apply: 

  • Agricultural technology;
  • Conflict resolution/peace studies;
  • Engineering;
  • Information technology (including combatting disinformation in an IT context);
  • Mental health;
  • Pedagogy (including teaching and research in medicine/dentistry focused on wartime issues and needs);
  • Urban planning and architecture;
  • Environmental policy and management (including post-war environmental recovery; alternative energy and sustainable development; technologies for emergency situations management);
  • Health care and medicine at the time of war (including but not limited to prosthetics, rehabilitation; PTSD treatment and mental health; biomechanics).

The application deadline is 23:59 Kyiv time, January 16, 2026.
