Dr. Olha Kravchenko shares about her experience at UB International Newsletter

Recently Dr. Olha Kravchenko, Associate Professor at the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (NUBiP of Ukraine), was mentioned in University at Buffalo International Newsletter.

During her one-month fellowship, Dr. Kravchenko collaborated with the Department of Biological and Chemical Engineering under the mentorship of Professor Haiqing Lin and contributed to advanced research on membrane water treatment technologies.

“The program was so intense that some days felt like a whole week. In just four weeks, I managed to work in a lab in the Department of  Chemical and Biological Engineering, have 27 meetings with researchers, join university classes and give lectures for native speakers, organize a seminar on the impact of war on Ukraine’s agro- and hydro-ecosystems, complete lab safety training and get certified, and attend my mentor’s American Chemical Society award ceremony”, Olha reflects.
